Brittany was outstanding as an agent who helped me with the purchase of my new home as well as the sale of my existing home. She is knowledgeable, patient, responsive to requests and great at communication. She and Jason were involved in listing and selling strategy to help me get the best sale possible. My home sale hit market conditions that changed from Sellers' market to Buyers' market. She kept me informed regularly about agent showings. I had to do a couple of price reductions but they never pressured me. It was always my decision to reduce the price and by what amount. They provided professional input always. I'm a detail person. And I like a lot of information about the process. That makes me somewhat "challenging" to work with, I am sure. They provided those details and information about the process with a positive and friendly attitude. Never a complaint.
