Brittany and Jason were so fantastic to work with, and not only are they super knowledgeable about the area, they are a pleasure to work with! We were shopping for a house in Granite Bay, but were living in the bay area so it was sometimes challenging to make the drive up to see houses. Brittany previewed a few houses for us and sent us videos and pointing out things that were important to us, it saved us a lot of unnecessary trips. When we finally found the perfect home, Jason and Brittany gave us spot on advice about what kind of offer to make to get the house. We were competing with a lot of buyers so we knew we had to come in with a strong offer and we ended up being the winning bid! We were faced with a very unusual situation with multiple escrows and difficult sellers from what escrow in particular. It was a very stressful time for our family of 5 that was uprooted from San Diego to Loomis. Jason and Brittany were patient, very organized, detailed and got us to the finish line.
